Day 10 – Prayer Points: Spiritual Growth & Maturity

Ask God to place a deep desire, craving, and passion for His Word in our hearts.

Pray for a hunger and commitment to God’s Word that cannot be broken.

Ask for grace to reverence and honour God’s Word as He desires.

Pray to put away childish ways and grow into spiritual maturity.

Ask God for the ability to understand and live by the deeper truths of His Word.

Pray for growth in the fruits of the Spirit, including love, patience, and self-control.

Ask to grow continually in the knowledge and grace of God.

Pray to be cleansed and transformed into vessels of honour, useful for God’s work.

Ask to be transformed into the image of Christ from glory to glory.

Pray for spiritual blindness to be lifted and hearts to be open and receptive to truth.

Ask God to help us put off old mindsets, habits, and fears that hinder growth.

Pray for our steps to be ordered by the Lord according to His will.

Ask for sensitivity to the leading and promptings of the Holy Spirit.

Pray for grace to yield quickly and fully to the Spirit’s guidance.

Ask for courage to live out our faith visibly, boldly, and consistently.

Pray to remain in Christ and bear much fruit.

Ask for the grace to depend on God’s Spirit moment by moment.

Pray for spiritual renewal that produces new life in Jesus.

Ask for the strength to embrace the new life God has given and not cling to the old.

Pray that our hearts will continually honour God as our Creator and Sustainer.

Give God all glory, honour, and power, now and always.
